Greg's Impressive Hot Cocoa
(Sounds much better than 'Greg's edible emulsion'.)

You may adjust the quantities, but perhaps try it like this once before modifying...

Ingredients:

2x heaped teaspoon of brown sugar
1x heaped teaspoon of cocoa powder
1x round teaspoon of corn flour
pinch salt
pinch cayenne pepper (1/8 teaspoon)
pinch chili powder (1/8 teaspoon)

Instructions:

Mix all dry ingredients in mug.
Add hot water slowly while stirring rapidly.
It is important to mix all dry ingredients together well or you will get lumps.
Drink while hot.

Sounds good alphonse, and welcome to the forum . I recently learned that cocoa contains theobromine, not caffeine. Though chemically similar, the effect on the body is quite different. The cocoa should not keep you awake or alert, nor is it addictive. It should instead give you a feeling of well being, which may explain its popularity.
